RESOURCES

CAPS is located at the Student Health Center and is open Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM. 

CAPS offers a wide variety of FREE services:

  • Consultation & Referral

  • Individual & Group counseling 

  • Drop-in peer-led workshops

  • Psychiatric services

  • Let's Talk- drop-in 15 min counseling session with a psychologist

  • Mindfulness Arts- weekly coloring event

  • Relaxation Station

  • Crisis Assessment & Intervention- if in CRISIS, walk in or call 831-459-2628
